Yoga Instructor | RYT200
Natalie received her RYT200 from Joschi Yoga Institute in New York City. With her background as a Division I athlete and her emphasis on loving and caring for our bodies, Natalie enjoys encouraging those in her classes to expand their practice while focusing on relaxation and rejuvenation. While not on the mat or in the studio, Natalie runs her own non-profit that partners with community projects in Kenya and Tanzania. Her love of travel and international work has enabled her to teach yoga on four continents.
Spread love everywhere you go, let no one ever come to you without leaving happier. - Mother Theresa
I was diagnosed at 12 years old with severe scoliosis. My mom (thanks mom!) took me to my first pilates and yoga classes to help strengthen my spine and reduce pain. Even while wearing a back brace and after having nine vertebrae fused with metal rods and screws, the practice of yoga has helped me love my body and mind, as well as treat them with respect and compassion.
